Job summary

Oracle in the United States seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to join its Global Compensation Consulting Team. You will provide strategic compensation consultation and program support to Fusion Applications and Database Product Development.

The role partners with HR, Talent Advisors, and leaders to design competitive compensation solutions that attract and retain engineering talent, with emphasis on equity compensation, analytics, and automation enhancements.

Qualifications

8+ years of broad-based compensation consulting experience serving technology organizations.
Experience partnering with software engineering or technical teams.
Strong knowledge of market pricing and equity compensation.
Experience supporting Software Engineering, Product Management, Database Development, AI/ML, and related roles.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary compensation consultant for Fusion Applications and Database Product Development organizations.
Develop competitive compensation strategies to support talent acquisition and retention.
Lead annual compensation programs including merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity planning.
Develop analytics and models to support budgeting and workforce planning.
Consult with hiring managers on offers for software engineering and executive talent.
Guide internal equity, market competitiveness, and compensation philosophy.
