Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Technical Service Engineer III to deliver expert support for Cell Sorting, Spectral Flow Cytometry, and related Flow Cytometry technologies. You'll collaborate with researchers globally to optimize instrument performance and analytical outcomes, leveraging remote diagnostic tools and strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cell sorting and spectral flow cytometry, preferably in a Flow Core Facility or shared
Qualifications
- B.S. strongly preferred or 3+ years hands-on experience with cell sorting instrumentation
- 3+ years of experience using or supporting life sciences instruments like Flow Cytometry
- Experience in a multi-user laboratory environment is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for customers using Cell Sorting and Spectral Flow Cytometry
- Collaborate with researchers worldwide to optimize instrument performance
- Utilize remote diagnostics while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrument hardware/software issues remotely
