Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.
6+ years in application development, systems analysis, or technical BA.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, analysis, and validation of complex requirements across domains.
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test criteria.
Drive end-to-end solution design with architecture and delivery teams.
Analyze data flows, integration points, and system impacts.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Tech to ensure regulatory alignment.
Oversee SDLC activities: backlog, planning, UAT, and production rollout.
Mentor junior analysts and influence across cross-functional teams.
