Job summary

Citi in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive technology delivery and business transformation across Acquisitions, Marketing and Risk for the U.S. Consumer Credit Cards portfolio.

You will bridge business needs with technical execution, lead requirements, data integration, and solution design while collaborating with Product, Technology, Architecture, Data and Risk teams. The role requires strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills to navigate

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Application Development, Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or related technology disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions from requirements definition through implementation.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, analysis, documentation, and validation of complex business, functional, technical, data, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and solution design sessions to identify business needs and define future-state capabilities.
• Develop detailed requirements artifacts, including: BRDs, FRDs, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Data Mapping Documentation, Use Cases, System Integration Specifications, Business Rules Documentation.
• Ensure requirements maintain clear traceability from business objectives through technical implementation and testing.
• Lead application systems analysis efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity and strategic importance.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, UAT, and production implementation activities.
