Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-18 month contract in Pennington, NJ. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite per week. Compensation is $50-56 per hour on a W2 basis. The role requires USC or GC status and experience in wealth management-related projects.

The analyst will work with business and development teams, focusing on technical documentation, system workflows, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Wealth Management, 401(k)/retirement, equities, swaps, or related projects
• 7 years of experience
• Technical Business Analyst — not a developer
• Strong technical aptitude; able to understand application components, UI, web services, and system workflows
• Experience creating and understanding application/technical documentation
• Working knowledge ofSQL, including tables and joins
• Excellent communication skills; able to work with both business and development teams
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Development teams use.NET and DB2; specific experience with these technologies is not required
