Pennington, NJ-based The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a 12-18 month contract. Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Pennington, NJ. USC/GC only.

Compensation is $50-56/hour on a W2 arrangement. Must have wealth management experience and strong SQL knowledge. • Wealth management domain experience including 401(k)/retirement, equities, and swaps.
• 7 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Business Analyst — not a developer.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to understand application components, UI, web services, and system workflows.
• Experience creating and understanding application/technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including tables and joins.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work with both business and development teams.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Development teams use .NET and DB2; specific experience with these technologies is not required.
