Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Workplace Benefits to join our team in Pennington, NJ onsite three days per week. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Wealth Management and Agile business analysis, translating business needs into clear user stories and deliverables across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities include liaison with Workplace Benefits teams, documenting requirements, creating user stories, and supporting QA, UAT, and release validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management.
• Hands-on Agile Business Systems Analyst experience, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency creating technical design documentation, system flows, and process maps.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and development teams to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Workplace Benefits business and technology teams to define and refine requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
• Create well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical design documentation for Agile teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with QA to define test scenarios and support UAT, issue triage, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to implementation planning, change management, and post-release validation.
• Leverage GenAI tools, where appropriate, to enhance analysis, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.
