Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a high-energy Technical Account Manager to own the success and shape the integration platform offering for Merchants adopting our new products. You will dive into the lowest level of technical detail, solve data-flow challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a world-class integrations platform.

Qualifications

• Operational experience maintaining and enhancing processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Proven success in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Experience in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Define gaps in our system and recommend solutions to evolve our tech offering.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with Merchant needs.
