Responsibilities

• Developandexecutestrategicaccountplanstodriverevenuegrowthacrosskeyenterpriseandmid-marketclients
• Managetheentiresalescyclefromqualificationthroughcontractnegotiationandclosing.
• Buildtrustedrelationshipswithclients,actingasatechnicalandbusinessadvisor.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams—includingengineering,marketing,andproductmanagement—todelivertailoredsolutions.
• Analyzemarkettrends,competitoractivities,andcustomerneedstoidentifynewopportunities.
• ProvideaccurateforecastsandmaintainCRMdataintegrity.
• Representtheorganizationatindustryevents,tradeshows,andclientmeetings.
• Usepersonaljudgmentandinitiativetodevelopsolutionsforsales,customerservice,andmarketingchallenges.
• Assistwithcustomerissueescalationandresolution.
• CoordinatewithR&DAndengineeringontechnicalrequirementsrelatedtothermalmanagement,magneticmaterials,electricalmaterials,semiconductors,andpowerelectronics.
• Serveasliaisonbetweencustomerandvendors/suppliers/factoriesthroughoutproductlifecycleforissuessrelatedtopricing,quality,design,costs,anddelivery.
