Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Teamcenter PLM & IT Service Manager to lead Level 2 technical support and ensure SLA compliance for DoD programs.

You will direct incident management, configuration administration, and cross-team coordination to maintain service continuity. This hybrid role located in Beavercreek, OH, requires 7+ years with Teamcenter PLM, strong leadership, and ITIL/Government standards compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology–related field required.
• US citizen with an active Secret security clearance required.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• 7+ years supporting or administering Siemens Teamcenter PLM with hands-on troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Lead AF-PLM Teamcenter Level 2 technical support operations, ensuring SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide advanced Teamcenter leadership in administration, configurations, workflows, and access controls.
• Coordinate Level 1–2 and specialized teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
• Supervise technical personnel, including performance management and training.
• Act as liaison between government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
