Job summary

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions Llc is seeking a seasoned Teamcenter PLM professional to lead Level 2 support operations and provide advanced administration, configurations, and complex troubleshooting for DoD programs.

The role requires strong leadership of technical teams, rigorous incident management, and close liaison with government stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting or administering Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience with Teamcenter organizations, groups, roles, projects, workflows, access controls, and application administration.
• Experience leading technical personnel and managing enterprise IT service delivery, escalations, and SLA performance.
• Strong communication, customer relationship management, analytical, and documentation skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet applicable DoD security and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teamcenter Level 2 support ops, ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide advanced Teamcenter administration, configurations, workflows, and access control.
• Direct incident and request management with escalation and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate Level 1–3 support teams for issue resolution and continuity.
• Supervise technical staff including performance, mentoring, staffing, and training.
• Liaise between government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Oversee onboarding, access, configuration requests, and operational changes.
• Maintain procedures, knowledge articles, workflows, escalation paths, and docs.
• Monitor response times, incident trends, user satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Communicate outages, maintenance, security requirements, and business continuity plans.
