Job summary

Sabel Systems is seeking a Help Desk / Teamcenter Administrator to support DoD programs in Dayton, OH. You will manage AF-PLM access, troubleshoot permissions, and maintain access controls while delivering multi-channel user support.

Qualifications

• Active DoD 8570/8140 compliant or ability to obtain within two months.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• 2+ years in a help desk or technical support role.
• Experience with PLM concepts and engineering data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel help desk support and resolve inquiries.
• Document and escalate complex issues to resolution.
• Advise on AF-PLM access controls and ACLs.
• Troubleshoot permission and access issues and propose corrections.
• Generate help desk metrics, access data, and reports for management.
• Create and maintain SOPs and internal guides.
