Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/CE or similar is required.
• 5+ years of application and server administration (Windows/Linux).
• 5+ years of PLM system administration (Dassault Systèmes).
• Strong understanding of user authentication (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP).
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration with ability to work independently if needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT PLM admin team with support of engineering applications such as ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud including patching, upgrades, and end-user support.
• Deliver creative solutions to mitigate recurring issues and minimize manual troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT peers to ensure security controls, vulnerability management, and currency of hardware/software; adhere to reporting requirements.
• Provide quick and efficient incident and outage support.
• Deliver direct and responsive communication to business users in support of issues, planned maintenance activities, and project deliverables.
• Work with process owners and SMEs to understand business requirements.
• Create/update support documentation with accuracy and detail.
