Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing with assembly experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Able to work weekends when needed.
• Demonstrated capability to manage conflict and sustain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen Events engaging team members to develop new ideas.
• Ensure 5S and standardized work are maintained; train and supervise team members.
• Review hourly performance and escalate issues to meet shift objectives.
• Coordinate safety, quality and productivity communications for next shift.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure team members are cross-trained.
