Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse teammate population including full-time and part-time staff.
• Decisively implement solutions and maintain organization to reach goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Review store operations: Team Members, Customer Experience, Sales Growth, Customer Readiness, Store POG execution and integrity.
• Act as Manager On Duty and oversee all store areas in the absence of other Managers.
• Ensure Fleet Farm Reward Program understood and executed by all employees.
• Provide guidance and oversight for customer-related issues and resolutions.
• Train, develop and supervise Team Members throughout the store.
• Maintain customer readiness standards and proper product facing and zone recovery.
• Coordinate with Management on zone maintenance and special projects.
• Contribute to performance reviews with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure a clean, inviting store presentation for customers and team members.
• Oversee daily tasks assignment, priority setting and safe work practices.
• Support loss prevention efforts to reduce shrink through education and compliance.
