KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher in Wayne, NJ. You will lead curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children while partnering with parents.

You will support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, maintain high standards, and ensure children’s learning and development through engaging activities and routines.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage with them.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
