Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in New Jersey is hiring a Teacher to deliver our curriculum and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will work with families to support development and learning in a supervised center setting.

You will partner with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building positive relationships with families, teachers, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support their children's education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
