KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and mentor teachers, creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn, while engaging families. You will partner with parents to support each child’s growth and align with center goals.

You will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation and community engagement, ensuring high standards of care and education for all children.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience.
• Meet & maintain the state-specific requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom setting.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
