Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations that support our tax and software platforms. You will manage multi-workstream projects from scope through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and measurable impact.

You will translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions and drive digital transformation within the Firm. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of enterprise software implementation or tax-technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field.
7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax-technology projects.
Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement.
Strong communication and leadership skills for client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, tasks, timelines, and budgets with disciplined financial oversight.
Lead cross-functional teams through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
Maintain client relationships and contribute to proposals and engagements.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
