Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Consultant, Professional Services (ONESOURCE Direct Tax) to actively implement Direct Tax solutions for clients across multiple US locations, including remote engagements. You’ll contribute to configuration, gather requirements, and deliver work with senior guidance while exploring AI-driven automation.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, client relationships, and ongoing learning in a fast-evolving tax-tech environment with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, corporate tax, public accounting, or tax technology.
• Solid knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision processes.
• Hands-on experience with ONESOURCE Direct Tax and related tools.
• Curiosity and initiative using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to configuration, implementation, and delivery of ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions.
• Gather requirements, document designs, and deliver assigned work on time.
• Build quick proofs-of-concept and automations to demonstrate potential.
• Use AI and automation tools to create reusable tools and processes for efficiency.
• Support Best Practice Reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology teams.
