The candidate will review tax issues, guide filing and payment options, and plan customized seminars with partners to promote voluntary compliance.

Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
• You must show proof credentials are at least equivalent to U.S. education and provide evidence when applying.

Responsibilities

• Develops leveraged partnerships with state and local organizations and government entities.
• Serves as Relationship Manager for partnerships to ensure outreach and education programs are delivered.
• Communicates program messages and monitors compliance with quality standards.
• Develops and implements marketing plans and messages for agency programs and tax products.
• Reviews taxpayers' financial information to recommend filing and payment options.
• Plans and conducts seminars and workshops with partners to promote voluntary compliance.
• Coordinates with headquarters on program development and implementation.
