Job summary

Frontline Source Group — Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Tax Senior for a remote direct hire role. This position blends senior-level tax review with client relationship management and proactive tax planning in a collaborative, remote environment.

The Tax Senior will mentor junior staff, review complex returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, C Corp), and lead client meetings while expanding advisory capabilities and staying current on federal/state tax changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license is required.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience completing multiple tax seasons.
• Strong experience preparing individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, C Corporation).
• Tax return review experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Lead quarterly and semiannual client meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and provide coaching.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support to clients.
• Stay current with federal and state tax regulations.
