H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll be supported by an expert team and receive advanced tax training to become successful.

In this role you will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, and help grow the client base while delivering IRS and state tax support. Strong communication and ability to work with virtual tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
