H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will conduct tax interviews face-to-face and via video/phone/chat, prepare accurate tax returns, and support IRS-related matters while growing client relationships through additional services.

Preferred qualifications include a CPA or Enrolled Agent, and experience with complex returns. This role offers training and works in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
