H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced training support. You will conduct tax interviews in person or virtually, prepare returns, and help grow the practice by offering additional services.

The role requires CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, experience completing complex returns, and a track record in accounting, finance, or tax. Franchisee office decisions apply.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
