H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll work with an expert team and receive advanced tax training to be successful.

The role includes conducting interviews via video/phone/chat, preparing returns, and providing IRS support while growing the client base. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA or EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting/tax.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (notice services where applicable)
• Mentor and support teammates
