• Track tax projects such as new product launches and promotions.
• Support Customer Experience and Account Ops with tax inquiries and reporting issues.
• Develop reconciliations between internal systems and vendors and verify data flow to IRS.
• Execute exception reports on reporting, withholding, and cost basis and improve processes.
• Build dashboards to monitor metrics and optimize workflows and customer experience.
• Coordinate with multiple Robinhood entities to streamline data flow and automate processes.
