EY is seeking a leader for tax operations in the US with 8+ years of experience to drive data preparation, reporting, and filing for complex information reporting and withholding engagements in financial services. You’ll guide a team, ensure quality, and deliver high-impact results across NRA withholding, FATCA, and related taxes.

Hybrid work model with strong emphasis on delivering value to clients, coaching staff, and maintaining rigorous controls. CPA/EA or attorney credentials are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
• Minimum of 8+ years of operational delivery experience
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Ability to draft/design business requirements, process flow diagrams and rules matrices
• Change management, operations and process improvement experience
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and actively engage in implementing improvements
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven skills in developing employees
• Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Exceptionally strong organization, process and people management skills
• Excellent trouble shooting, execution and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point, Proficiency in tax accounting systems

Mansioni

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting, filings and related activities
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients and review KPIs by work stream
• Ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction, while managing engagement economics
• Oversee operations, provide leadership visibility on status and issues
• Develop team members and drive training and process improvements
• Monitor workload, quality, utilization and overtime distribution across the team
• Support client internal and external audits with documentation
• Drive efficiency through KPI reporting and service quality management
• Manage budget adherence and scope for engagements
• Coach and develop tax professionals and handle performance management
