Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting, and filings.
• Oversee team workload, KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with client leads and manage engagement economics.
• Provide visibility to leadership on status and issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist with audits and demonstrate process improvements.
• Coach and develop tax professionals and manage performance.
