Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team; manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting, and filings.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across workstreams.
• Ensure standardized processes and train team as needed.
• Support client audits with documentation of current processes.
• Drive efficiency through KPI reporting and risk management.
• Manage budget and engagement economics across engagements.
• Travel up to 20%.
