Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in the Capital Region seeks a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to lead the office's tax engagements, client relationships and growth initiatives. You will oversee federal and state tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base.

Qualified candidates possess a CPA and progressive public‑accounting experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. This Direct Hire role offers a clear path to senior leadership and relocation support may be considered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Progressive public-accounting experience.
• Strong tax compliance and planning knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with closely held businesses, business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee federal and state tax compliance, planning and advisory engagements.
• Review returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations and individuals.
• Advise clients on tax‑planning opportunities and broader business matters.
• Manage engagement timelines, workflow, budgets and client expectations.
• Supervise, coach and develop Albany-area employees.
• Coordinate client work and resources across multiple offices.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.
