Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience dealing with complex tax matters.
• Licensed CPA with strong English communication and tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with client management and owners.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client business, tax and financial reporting objectives.
• Provide clients with tax planning ideas and strategies.
• Oversee planning, fieldwork and engagement wrap-up.
• Review and ensure quality of tax returns across corporate, individual, fiduciary, and partnership entities.
• Lead and mentor staff; manage multiple engagements within time and budget constraints.
• Represent clients before the IRS as needed.
