You will mentor a team, stay current on tax laws, and collaborate with leadership to meet firm goals in quality, service, efficiency, and growth. Expertise in corporate, partnership, and individual tax is essential.

Qualifications

• Active CPA Certification.
• 5+ years of Tax experience including a strong track record with closely held business entities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and engagements to ensure high retention and quality service.
• Mentor and train staff; implement firm quality control policies.
• Supervise tax compliance and advisory work, review deliverables and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for tax-saving strategies and risk mitigation for clients.
• Collaborate with senior staff to assign work and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
