This role oversees tax return preparation, reviews work, and mentors other professionals, empowering you to shape high-quality tax services in a fully remote, permanent position.

Requirements include at least 5 years in tax management, an active CPA license, and experience with S-Corp, C-Corp, individuals, and LLCs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of tax management experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience with S-Corp, C-Corp, individual and LLC tax returns.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience mentoring tax associates.

Responsabilités

• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, individuals, and LLCs.
• Research technical tax matters and advise on regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain client relationships with clear communication.
• Mentor junior tax professionals and improve engagement efficiency.
