Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Manager in Boca Raton, FL to provide tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients. You will partner with firm leadership, coach staff, and help drive growth by delivering high-quality client service and solutions.

You will oversee engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development of the tax practice. A CPA or JD and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong communication and leadership skills and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or JD required.
• Five+ years of federal and state tax compliance and advisory experience.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
