Formación

• Eight or more years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge and experience with corporate income tax.
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates, with ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide federal and state tax compliance and advisory services to middle-market corporate clients.
• Review and analyze accounting records and ASC 740 provisions with clients and senior leaders.
• Develop and manage client relationships, addressing issues and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Delegate work, set deadlines, and monitor progress to meet client expectations and profitability targets.
• Support staffing, billing/collections, and ensure engagement profitability targets are met.
• Invest in professional development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.
