Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or EA required.
• 8+ years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience in corporate income tax with strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to middle market corporate clients.
• Review ASC 740 provisions and communicate findings to clients.
• Develop client relationships and oversee engagement teams.
• Delegate work, set deadlines, and ensure profitability.
