Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. invites applications for a Tax Senior Manager, Private Client Services to provide tax compliance and consulting to high net-worth clients. You will manage engagements, lead teams, and serve as the primary client contact for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs, tax planning, and opportunities
• Provides executive presence and serves as primary client contact for issues and resolutions
• Reviews complex returns and provides feedback to preparers
• Directs communications with government agencies for highly complex matters
• Identifies issues, conducts tax research, and develops recommendations for PCS leadership and clients
• Expands knowledge through client engagements and current tax developments
• Prioritizes work to keep engagements on track
• Assists with PCS/firm contributions including billing, recruiting and training
• Builds and maintains relationships with BDO professionals and external sources
• Other duties as assigned
