EisnerAmper is seeking a senior tax professional in San Diego (La Jolla area) to lead and grow tax services for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. You will supervise staff, provide sophisticated tax planning, and engage directly with clients to deliver compliant, innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical tax knowledge, and client development within a top-tier private client services team in a large accounting and advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business tax.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification, or JD required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, prospect and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable business.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, especially in financial services.
• Engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
• Review complex tax returns and maintain regular client communication.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient service delivery.
