Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Tax Associate for its Denver, CO office. You will prepare and review federal and state returns, perform technical tax research, and support ASC 740 provisions while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, with opportunities to work on a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and distribution clients and to grow tax expertise within an international practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong English communication, writing, and research abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Perform tax research on Federal, state, and international matters.
• Support consulting projects and ASC 740 provisions.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; manage multiple engagements.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and deliver quality work.
