NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Associate (Audit & Tax) for our Denver, CO client. The role includes leading audit engagements, preparing and reviewing tax filings, and managing client communications in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in public accounting.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
• CPA license or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent English writing, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements across various industries.
• Prepare and review Federal and state tax returns for corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
• Conduct technical accounting research and ASC 740 provisions.
• Support consulting projects and business development initiatives.
