Formación

• 2-5 years of public accounting experience with a background in taxation.
• CPA eligible or JD required; Master's in taxation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects.
• Proficiency in or ability to adapt quickly to new tax software and research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Willingness and desire to be part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial tax preparation support, including information gathering and data entry.
• Review returns prepared by Tax Associates and interns.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Prepare tax projections and proactive planning recommendations.
• Prepare responses to IRS and state tax notices and correspondence.
• Collaborate with advisory team on tax planning matters and client service initiatives.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Conduct tax research and provide support on technical projects and planning matters.
