Job summary

You will provide tax consulting on revenue recognition, cost recovery, inventory accounting and related method changes for middle‑market clients, guiding engagements from planning to delivery.

This role emphasizes project management, client service, and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to a broad set of advisory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Active CPA, EA, Attorney license or approved alternative cert with RSM requirements.
• Minimum of six years of public accounting experience with practice-building and project management.
• Proven tax planning experience, including depreciation deductions and cost segregation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and review AMP projects with WNT AMP specialists.
• Deliver AMP projects, including 481(a) adjustments and tax provision impacts, leading teams of 2–4.
• Maintain proactive client communication to enhance service quality and experience.
• Understand GAAP/IFRS and current financial accounting pronouncements.
• Review technical memoranda, disclosures, tax opinions and IRS responses.
• Mentor and develop professionals through formal and informal methods.
• Collaborate across lines of business to deliver integrated client service.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver advisory engagements (AMP, FCI, TPS, E&E).
