Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting is required.
• Master's in taxation preferred; Master's in accounting beneficial.
• 3+ years public accounting experience with a concentration in small business and individual taxation.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems.
• Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and an understanding of business issues relating to complex transactions.
• Engage in the billing and collection process.
• Supervise staff and manage workflows.
