RSM US LLP in Denver seeks an experienced tax professional to provide consulting on accounting methods, revenue recognition, and cost recovery for the Credits, Incentives and Methods group. You will lead AMP projects, coordinate with WNT specialists, and help clients manage changes in their tax positions during transactions or regulatory updates.

You will mentor staff, review memoranda, and maintain strong client relationships, while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license, Enrolled Agent license, attorney license, or approved alternative certification.
• Minimum of six years of public accounting experience.
• Proven record of tax planning, depreciation deductions, and cost segregation.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to meet client service, quality, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Identification, project management, and initial technical review of AMP projects.
• Manage delivery of AMP projects, including 481(a) adjustments and tax provisions.
• Focus on client service expertise and the client experience with timely communication.
• Understand GAAP and IFRS, and current financial accounting pronouncements.
• Review technical memoranda, tax opinions, positions, and IRS responses.
• Train, mentor, and develop professionals through formal mentorship and informal interactions.
• Foster collaborative relationships across lines of business for integrated client service.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver advisory engagements (AMP, FCI, TPS, E&E).
• Stay abreast of industry regulation and maintain competency through continuing education.
