Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns and related tax planning.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language and work in a consultative capacity.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and build year-round relationships.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a client-focused office.
