Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns and tax planning.
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience with strong communication.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
