Formación

• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience including business, individual, and review work.
• CPA license, CPA candidacy, or EA designation preferred.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit taxation (Form 990) and small business compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits.
• Provide proactive tax planning, projections, and strategic advisory support.
• Research tax issues and present findings to firm leadership.
• Train and support staff on tax processes and compliance.
• Maintain and organize client files, reconciling records and tracking deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership to align tax work with advisory deliverables.
