Job summary

KB Search Team, LLC is seeking a Tax Senior for our Fort Wayne, IN office to lead complex tax engagements and mentor staff. The role blends in-office collaboration three days a week with two remote days in a hybrid setup.

You will prepare complex individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary and nonprofit returns, review staff work, and support tax planning while helping the team meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Master's degree in taxation or accounting a plus.
• CPA license or actively pursuing it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex federal, state and local returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates and nonprofits.
• Perform first-level review of staff work and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist managers in planning engagements and meeting deadlines.
