Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our Indianapolis, IN team on-site. The role involves preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, along with conducting tax research and advising clients on planning and compliance.

You will manage multiple engagements, review staff work, and mentor junior accountants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding tax planning, compliance, and advisory needs
• Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance
